Wow. Wait until you hear the latest one.

Are you ready? Okay. Get a load of this:

"You can't oppose the war and still support our troops."

Priceless! Ingenious! Staggering in its implication and logical purity! Think about it! Every time you say, "We rushed into a war we didn't need to fight because George W. Bush is the worst international diplomat of any man who's even come close to the Presidency of the United States within living memory, with the possible exception of Ross Perot," what you really mean is, "I hope every single U.S. serviceman dies alone and in excruciating pain, abandoned in the sandy dust of an alien foreign country."

What's truly terrifying is we had somebody use that very phrase, give or take no more than one word, in this morning's Boston Metro.
